In mid-October we select from the olive trees of our Los Badenes estate the best early harvest Picual, Frantoio and Arbequina olives with which we produce this unique oil, with its own personality and full of nuances.

We have achieved a balanced and fragrant oil, with a fruity aroma of green olives, with notes of freshly cut grass, apple, artichoke, tomato plant, banana and green almond.
