Frantoio Variety
Variety native to the Tuscany region (Italy). In tasting it has aromatic and fruity organoleptic characteristics, with a slight bitterness and spicy similar to chili pepper. It can also remind us of nuts such as almonds and pine nuts.
Empeltre Variety
On the palate, it is an extra virgin olive oil with sweet tones, which brings us to a sensation of nuts such as almonds and hazelnuts. It has a medium stability and a high content of polyphenols, as well as oleic acid.

Variety native to Lleida. It was introduced in Spain by the Duke of Medinaceli in the 17th century, residing in the castle-palace of Arbeca (hence its name), in Catalonia.
